I have all of my baby shopping done!!!
I am so relived. We had our second “family” shower on Saturday (I survived!) and we had a ton of gift cards so Hubby and I decided to spend the weekend getting the rest of the stuff that we needed. We got almost everything we needed at the showers, all that was left were ordering the cribs and changing table, a monitor and getting more bedding. I don’t have swings yet, but I am either going to wait and see if they get them for Christmas or I will get some nice used ones from Craigs List.
Can I just say that I had NO idea how much space these kids were going to take up? Holy moly! My parents (huge) living room as been over taken by diapers, bottles, baby clothes, a play pen…..etc. I’ll try to get some pics up.
So now, we just wait I guess. I wonder how much longer they are going to stay in there? My contractions are REALLY starting to hurt…I suppose maybe I should pack a hospital bag? I think I’ll wait another 2 weeks since I am hoping that they get to at least 32 weeks…

Wow! Glad you’re feeling prepared – at least in terms of the stuff! I’m keeping you in my thoughts and hoping those babies stay in as long as they need to get strong and healthy.
Congrats on getting all of your shopping done and on surviving your shower! I’d pack a bag now if I were you, just so that it’s done and something you won’t have to worry about when the time comes.
